Family grouping
Family groups ar a special feature of the Jingili Kindergarten. We believe it takes the institution out of group care. Each staff member is allocated a small group of children of varying ages and programs specifically for these children during Family group time. Even though family group is only for 2 hours daily, each staff member is responsible for their group of children throughout the day. Parents know exactly who to talk to about their child, We also have communication books in which parents can leave messages for the staff. We find family groups have created a greater communication between parents and staff on what the children are doing and their development. We need this communication so we can care for your child with as much input from you as possible.
